ABC Open Project – I was invited as a guest blogger to contribute to the ‘Aftermath: Disaster, Resilience & Recovery’ based on my experience of photographing Brisbane’s January 2011 Floods.
I was invited to gift my collection of photos from the Brisbane Floods 2011 to the State Library of Queensland Heritage Collection. They have since been added to the, National Library of Australia Trove Project and Collections Australia Network (Australian cultural heritage collections online).
My photos of the flood also appear in the book ‘Deluge Summer of Sorrow’ by the Animal Flood Appeal Project (fundraising for the RSPCA Qld) and publications for the Australian Medical Association Queensland (AMA Queensland), NCCARF (National Climate Change Research Adaptation Research Facility) Emergency ManagementNetwork, Healthy Waterways Partnership, and Bay Journal for Moreton Bay.
